Despite all of the cut backs, Denbighshire County Council gardeners are a fine bunch of horticultural wizards, colouring Rhyl with some beautiful displays.

Rhyl Paddling Pool
Rhyl paddling pool remains a popular attraction on Rhyl Promenade.  It is a great place to take the kids for a day out.  Recently renovated it features dancing water fountains and a range of mini boats and li-lo's, great fun for all of the family.
