Trainee manager
A role exists for a trainee manager and / or apprentice. The role differs from many other hospitality sector jobs in that the position will be all year round and not just in the Spring and Summer.
The role includes full on the job training and a number of recognised qualifications in management, administration, catering and hospitality together with one day a week at a local college / training provider.

The person must have enthusiasm, be outgoing and enjoy meeting and dealing with new people. He / she must also be willing to complete a wide variety of tasks - this role is different each day so a willingness to learn new skills is essential.

No previous experience necesascary as full training will be provided.

Housekeeper
We currently have a role for a housekeeper. The job involves getting guest accommodation ready, however the person must be of a house proud nature and with a good eye for detail.
The role involves changing bedding, washing , ironing , laundry and getting rooms ready for our discerning guests.

Whilst previous experience would be preferred, it is not essential if the individual has good standards of hygiene and high standards of there own housekeeping word.

The housekeeping role is a highly valued one and the chosen person would be trusted to order supplies

This role will be circa 20 hours per week and will initially be on an apprentership basis.

Subject to the person having enthusiasm, other long term opportunities may arise for the right candidate.
